DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Expedited Shipping

Need it fast? Guaranteed expedited shipping within the USA is available. Next day air, second day, and expedited can be selected at checkout. Delivery guarantee applies to in-stock items.

Shipping to AK, HI and US territories

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and territories is available for most products. Add items to your cart, view your cart, and then click Calculate Shipping Cost for pricing.

UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES

Please verify your shipping address for accuracy and deliverability before placing your order. Orders returned to us undeliverable will be refunded less and shipping charges.

DAMAGE CLAIMS

If any products are damaged or missing, please let us know within 14 days of delivery.

*Spend amount is merchandise total in US dollars after discounts not including tax, shipping, or gift card purchases.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after email notification.

CUSTOMES, DUTIES AND TAXES

Brightspotsgames.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES

Brightspotsgames.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the 50 U.S. States.
